Enhancing My Account Security: 2-step verification

We’ve added an extra layer of protection to My Account – here’s what you need to know


Safeguarding your personal and confidential information is important to us. As of March 2024, you will be prompted to complete the 2-step verification process in order to access My Account.

What is 2-step verification?

2-step verification is a robust security measure that strengthens the protection of My Account. Requiring a second verification step during sign in helps to keep your account secure and protect you from unauthorized access.

 

 

How does 2-step verification work?

The process is simple yet effective. Each time you enter your username and password, a one-time code will be sent to your email address. This code acts as a digital key, and you will be prompted to enter it within a 10-minute window to complete a successful sign in. This helps to ensure that only you, the authorized user, can access your sensitive information.

To confirm your contact information is up to date, once you sign in to My Account, in the upper right-hand corner of the screen, select your name and My profile.
