Find your Person ID number
Your pension plan assigns you a Person ID number (PID) when you become a member. Your PID helps protect your personal information and privacy. Find your PID on any mailed statements, including:
- Welcome package (Enrolment confirmation statement)
- Member's benefit statement
- Pension statement
Please contact your pension plan if you can’t find any of these statements. Your employer does not have access to your PID.
Resolve username and password issues
Make sure you can access your personal email. My Account uses 2-step verification to enhance your security. Each time you sign in, a code will be sent to your email. To confirm your identity and access My Account, you will be required to enter the code.
To ensure the safety of your account, please do not share your username, password, or any code(s) you may receive, with anyone.
